Erik has been a serial entrepreneur since the age of 10. From collecting cans, mowing yards and paper routes, he has gone on to create several multi-million dollar companies with zero startup capital. You don’t have to have money to make money, you simply have to discover the resources that God has placed at your disposal and have the faith to take action. Erik is currently the CEO of I Training Ground, an organization that teaches the masses how to pursue their dreams and succeed. CEO, could stand for Chief Elevator Operator, because he loves to serve and has a way of pushing people’s buttons that get them moving to the top.

Erik is an author, speaker and recognized expert in leadership development. He is a certified Wiley Everything DISC® trainer and has completed authorized partner training for Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®. Other trainings include Dale Carnegie’s Effective Communications and Human Relations® and High Impact Presentations®. He has trained extensively with Lance Wallnau in the area of emotional intelligence and doing business supernaturally, including a 4 day intensive workshop and Train the Trainer events. Erik practices what he preaches and currently works with New York Times best selling author Tamara Lowe as his personal coach and mentor. Erik has been an instructor with Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary for several years and is a master certified life coach (MCC) with the Global Christian Life Coach Commission.

Erik has been married to his high school sweetheart , Angela, for over 20 years. Together, they enjoy the privilege of raising and homeschooling their son, Ethan. These are his greatest accomplishments!
